ISTVÁN RUSZINA MANAGING DIRECTOR

Steve Ruszina is an experienced leader with proven track record in the field of building mulitcultural organizations from the very start, up to the size of 300 employees. His project management & change support background, combined with his experiences gained in demanding industries like telecom and IT, are making his work specifically efficient as a strategic consultant & coach. As the managing director of IFD he is focusing on new business development and on the professional project management of our new implementations.

SZILÁRD MOSONYI RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Szilárd Mosonyi has founded the ORGANOCO method after a decade of leadership experience and Gestalt and Integrative Psychology studies. He in-depth psychological background and his strong scientific interest lead to a research and development process overarching 10+ years, which is inspired by his work done with 500+ people in personal support processes too. He has been running various successful organization development projects and is leading a leadership & coach academy. Zsolt Hodosi has created and has been running the complete training and knowledge mangement of an SSC for multiple years. Eszter Ágoston has in-depth experiences as psychologist, trainer and coach, thanks to several change processes supported by her. She has been working directly in various business roles in multinational environment and in non-profit sector as well. Beside having classroom trainings and one-to-one coaching processes, Eszter leads the horse-aided programs at IFD, built on her vast experience with horses and horse-therapies. 



Ákos Németh is an OD consultant, trainer and coach, who works in business development for over 15years: he has founded an advertising agency, he was leading the local subsidiary of an international company, and created a regional sales organization too. His focus area is organizational innovation and fostering cooperation, based on extended studies in ORGANOCO coaching, Gestalt and other body-therapy methods.



András Németh is a company leader in the advertising industry since 1995. Following his own leadership related questions he started his trainer, organization development, change management and coaching studies in 2005. Beside his original business he is an active coach, and a member of Gestalt Association.



Magdolna Bicsérdy has been working as a coach since 2011, after a decade long sales career in the pharma industry. Her in-depth knowledge in self-discovery, movement studies, body therapies and ORGANOCO coaching, combined with her business experiences, make her coaching style rich and highly supportive for people in demanding roles.



Edina Benke is an experienced coach and trainer, working with individuals and teams in professional and private processes too, what she builds on a wide range of supporting methods. Réka Rottár has spent 20 years at one of the largest telecom companies in various roles, ranging from client relationships and business development to innovation, where she actively participated in multiple organization development projects. Andrea Somogyi started her coaching studies in 2013, after 10+ yrs of working experience in multinational environment as an economist, and many years of self-awareness studies. Beside the ORGANOCO method in coaching, she is familiar with the Gestalt approach, psychodrama, children psychodrama and somatodrama too.



Judit Varga is an active music artist, who started her coaching work in 2015. While working with individuals and groups she builds her processes on the ORGANOCO method and on the humanistic approach of Rogers. Her favorite topic is the supporting power of natural team dynamics, even in randomly created teams.
